Woolworths is hiring a Store Specialist: Beauty for its Rosebank store in Johannesburg. You will give expert beauty advice, deliver excellent customer service and drive sales of the Woolworths Beauty range, while looking after stock, merchandising, promotions and hygiene standards.
Key responsibilities:
– Give expert beauty advice and personalised consultations to customers
– Reach sales targets by promoting Woolworths Beauty products, new launches and in-store promotions
– Keep up to date with product knowledge and beauty trends
– Manage stock availability and keep merchandising in line with brand standards
– Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety and tester presentation
– Process sales accurately and follow operational and admin procedures
– Help minimise stock loss and work flexible shifts with the store team
Requirements:
– Minimum Grade 12
– Qualification and/or experience in cosmetology or another beauty-related field
– At least 1 year’s experience in a beauty sales environment
– Strong knowledge of beauty brands and products
– Excellent communication, interpersonal and persuasion skills
– Well-groomed, detail-oriented and able to work various shifts
