Digital Delivery Modeller

Stefanutti Stocks’ Africa Region team in Johannesburg is hiring a permanent Digital Delivery Modeller. You will create and maintain accurate 3D models, drawings, schedules, visualisations and construction-method animations, keeping to BIM standards and helping project teams coordinate and avoid rework.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain 3D digital models in tools such as Revit, Civil 3D and Navisworks
• Produce construction documentation, schedules and visualisations from models
• Follow BIM Execution Plans and digital delivery protocols
• Support clash detection and issue resolution with the Digital Delivery Coordinator
• Create as-built documentation and keep digital records properly named and stored
• Deliver accurate, timely model outputs to project teams and consultants

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree (completed or in progress) in IT, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architectural Technology or a related field
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, BIM 360 or similar
• 1-3 years’ modelling experience in construction or engineering (preferred)
• Familiarity with BIM standards such as ISO 19650 and document-control workflows
• Ability to read technical drawings, plus strong attention to detail and teamwork
