OUTsurance’s Claims department in Centurion is offering a 12-month internship supporting its Buildings Assessing team. The programme is structured, work-based experience for unemployed graduates. Interns sign a fixed-term internship agreement (not an employment contract) and receive a stipend.
Key responsibilities:
Liaise with management on assessor claim allocations
Keep track of assessor appointments
Run reports for the team
Reconcile and process payments to service providers
Give excellent service in a deadline-driven environment
Requirements:
Matric
A built-environment-related qualification
South African citizen aged 18-35, unemployed for the last 2 months and not previously on an INSETA internship
Customer service focus, good written and verbal communication and strong admin skills
Computer literate (MS Office), organised, self-motivated and detail-oriented
